- Marriage certificate, i.e. a certificate signed by the Deputy Registrar of Marriages
(For certificates signed by the celebrant of the wedding or issued by the church/temple person in charge, please apply to the Marriage Registration and Records Office for a certified true copy)
- Certificate of No Marriage Record
- Birth/Death Registration Certificate
- Certificate of Registration
- Business Registration Certificate
- Company registration certificate
- Documents signed by a notary public or commissioner of oaths in Hong Kong, such as:
- notary public
- power of attorney
- certified copy
- Commissioner for Oaths
- affidavit
