Apostille treaty

The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement for Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents establishes an apostille system in addition to the legalisation. States parties to this treaty may use the apostille method as a statutory signature. In the High Court of Hong Kong for apostille tasks, documents signed by a notary public, the court can confirm its signature style and seal.
