Legalisation Legalisation

In international law, legalisation is a step to certify a document so that the foreign legal system will recognise the document. This procedure is common in international commercial and civil legal affairs, and the authority to perform document verification is generally exercised by a higher-level authority. For example, a diploma is certified by the school and then signed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On behalf of our clients, we can submit notarized documents to various consulates (Consulate-General) for "legalisation". example:
  • Taiwan
  • Vietnam
  • United Arab Emirates
  • EU countries
  • African countries
